If there's a fit, the next step is a scoped proposal — specific deliverables, specific timeline, specific fee. No hourly billing, no retainer creep, no surprise charges.

Most engagements run four to twelve weeks. Fractional retainers run month-to-month with 30-day exit for either party.

What working together looks like.

Direct communication. Strong opinions, offered clearly, held loosely when better information arrives. Bias toward action over analysis. A preference for fixing the thing over studying the thing.
